Extremely disappointing experience. The agent handling my matter, Clive, consistently failed to coordinate matters in a timely and professional manner, showed little commitment to delivering even basic levels of service, and demonstrated a complete lack of ownership from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Follow-ups were either significantly delayed or non-existent, and the information provided was often inconsistent, inaccurate, and unreliable. Rather than making the process easier, Clive's lack of responsiveness, attention to detail, and accountability created unnecessary stress, confusion, and frustration at every stage. What should have been a straightforward transaction became an exhausting and unnecessarily complicated experience due to repeated failures in communication and coordination. As a client, I expected professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to resolving issues. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the exact opposite. After more than 11 years of working with various brokers and real estate professionals, I can confidently say this has been the most unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing experience I have encountered. The level of service I received from Clive fell far below the standards one would reasonably expect from a professional real estate agency. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this agency to carefully evaluate their options before proceeding. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY WITH YOUR PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS.
