Unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I had purchased 3 Hot Wheels models from this shop and paid the full amount online as I was out of station. The shopkeeper agreed to keep my items aside. However, later he sold one of the items - which was already fully paid for - to another customer who offered a higher price. Without my consent, he simply refunded me and sold my collectible item. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Such sellers should respect customer trust and not prioritize extra profit after a sale is made. Very disappointed!
