I found a hair in my food, and when I informed the hotel manager, he dismissed the issue by saying it is normal and only a cockroach would be considered serious. Additionally, he behaved unprofessionally and showed no courtesy in handling the customer.

A good family restaurant near Mumbai Central railway station. We had gujarati thali (4/5) which was good, not heavy in spices, just like home! They give options of roti/chapati/puri in thali. Also we tried masala dosa(5/5) and tomato-onion uttapam (3/5). Masala dosa was hot and crispy. Overall, a decent experience.

Horrible service. They think they are too big and so don’t care for customers anymore. Tried to speak to the owner, he disconnected the phone itself instead of being polite since I was polite.They put anything that they want in the food. Pls be careful and eat at your own risk
