Very poor experience. I contacted Atifcons after seeing their loan solution ads, but the person on the call was rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, he made it clear I should not visit the office and spoke in a dismissive manner. Extremely disappointing customer service. They usually reply with a copy-paste excuse about low CIBIL or default history. I know my CIBIL very well, and that’s not the issue here. The real problem is misleading ads and extremely unprofessional behavior. Please don’t fall for this.

After collecting all my personal and financial documents, they kept delaying the process with vague updates. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clarity, and eventually, the loan was declined due to reasons that should have been made clear from the beginning. It seems like they were never serious about helping. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
