We recently returned from a fantastic December trip to Kumarakom and Munnar, expertly organized by Hiren at Travel Right. Traveling with children who have gluten, peanut, and sesame allergies can be daunting, but Travel Right made us feel completely at ease. Hiren proactively coordinated with the chefs at Taj Kumarakom and The Grand Cliff in Munnar, ensuring they were prepared for our arrival. The variety of safe, delicious options provided for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding. ​Hiren also managed our internal flights from Mumbai to Cochin and our ground transport. While we encountered a minor hiccup with a change in taxi drivers, Hiren was always available to talk and resolved the issue immediately. In my view, the mark of a 5-star agency isn't just a perfect trip—it’s how quickly they handle the unexpected. This was further proven when my parents' flight to Mumbai was cancelled; Travel Right stepped in and secured an earlier flight at no extra cost. ​Our family had an amazing holiday thanks to Hiren’s meticulous planning.
