Sign of a good hotel is how can they manage customers in rush when they are empty & even when Fully occupied, quick service, quality of food. If Food is bad in taste, Hotel Saundary will never acknowledge it. If u eat Noodle Soup which is White or creamish since last 15 years and next time if they give manchow noodle soup, they will say since many years their noodle soup is like man-chow only. We went on womens day cum World cup T20 finals day. We started on ball 1 but for 1 sabzi? 4 Roti, 1pulav, 1 masala papad & Soda they spent time that match reached 15 overs. India won the cup but we lost trust in Soundarya tht we had since 17 yrs. Hara Bhara Kabab was smallest and made in Hurry. They keep Quite when u complaint. They bring Sour Soda instead of sweet n salty. They keep quite. They bring suggest veg Chingari which is not in menu but is tasteless. When u complaint of it being Kolhapuri (with a diff name) they stay quite. When Final bill comes and i say i’ll cut 50% amount, then they don’t keep quite they said we were in hurry due to world cup rush. No Sorry, No Acknowledgement. We were their customers since 17 years but we will never visit now. Period.

Our go-to breakfast place when in the area. Their dosas are the best, especially the butter or ghee sada dosa. The coffee is excellent and tea is refreshing. The staff here is attentive and courteous, always willing to help. Have also tried their veg crispy which is another favourite. 10/10 💯
