I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing enough to deserve one. From the moment we arrived, the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and poorly managed. What should have been a relaxing dining experience turned into a frustrating one because of how uncomfortable and disorganized everything felt. The restaurant seemed more focused on managing turnover than actually making customers feel valued. The food was another major letdown, especially the vegetarian dishes. The quality did not match the prices at all. The dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and any real attention to detail. It honestly felt like the food was prepared without much care or consistency. As someone who appreciates good vegetarian food, this was particularly disappointing because the menu looked far more promising than what was actually served. What stood out the most, unfortunately, was the service. The staff came across as dismissive and inattentive, and there was very little professionalism in the way customers were handled. Basic requests and concerns did not feel important to them, and there was no genuine effort to create a positive experience. Hospitality is what makes people return to a restaurant, and that was completely missing here. On top of that, the restaurant also lacked consideration for customer comfort overall. Parking was inconvenient, accessibility for wheelchair users was poor, and the environment did not feel family-friendly. Even dietary restrictions and preferences did not seem to be taken seriously. Altogether, it felt like the restaurant was trying to maximize customers without maintaining the standards and care that people expect when dining out. Sadly, this is not a place I would return to or recommend to others.
