I am writing this to warn everyone: Never rely on Wellness Store (LBS Road, Runwal Anthurium) for any medical emergency. Their service is not just "useless"—it is dangerously irresponsible. I placed an urgent order for insulin for my mother. They committed to the delivery, then proceeded to: • Ghost the customer: They failed to deliver and didn't even have the decency to call. • Avoid accountability: They switched off their phones when I tried to follow up. • Complete incompetence: When I physically went to the store, they had no record of the order. They are completely clueless about their own operations. For a pharmacy to play games with life-saving medication is disgusting. They wasted my time, endangered my mother’s health, and showed zero remorse. If you have a medical emergency, avoid this place at all costs. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly "fooling around" with people's lives.
