Few days ago my parents has visited Pooja lab for blood test and it was a great experience there, staff there were too kind. Ms. Jennifer has attended us and she was so helpful to us! She was too kind and polite , was explaining every single test to us patiently and gave proper info about everything. N also the reports were received on time, as said. Service and staff both were very humbled and managed. Appreciating all the pooja staff. Thank you!🙏

Due to certain health issues we have been visiting Pooja Lab for various tests. Fortunately, on most occasions we have been attended to by Ms. Sunu. She is always polite, patient and very careful. Whenever there is any complicated test to be performed, Mr. Abdul is the man to go to. He can understand any doctors handwriting and he knows all the tests. Even Mr. Abdul is very polite, patient and courteous. They both make sure that the patient and the person accompanying are comfortable and address all your concerns. They are never rude. When you are already worried about health problems, it is nice to have good people like Ms. Sunu & Mr. Abdul attending to you. Thank you for your service!
