Requesting the owner of this lab to keep a tab on the staff who views the watsapp message to set up an appointment. I am sharing the screenshot of the conversation I had with them. The technician visited my place at 3.15 pm for post lunch sugar test. The staff should be aware of the timings being such a renowned lab in Mulund. I had to call the lab to remind them there's a blood test pending.

* I have used the services of Aarti Diagnostic Centre / Sushil Path Lab multiple times in the past. * The service has been extremely professional. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. * Extremely prompt on the timing for the home sample collection * Reports have been given at the times promised over EMail and WhatsApp * I would like to callout an instance where my mother's appointment with the doctor was around 60 mins away and I needed the CBC, CRP prior to that. I spoke to Dr. Suneet who promised me to get the reports within that time. He did ensure that the reports were sent to me in 45 mins of the sample collection which helped in the discussion with the doctor. Really appreciate this help. * I would highly recommend Aarti Diagnostic Centre / Sushil Path Lab to everyone.

Extremely professional service and their rates are at least 50% of other labs in the area. I was a bit skeptical before my visit as I booked the appointment online, but I was pleasantly surprised after I saw the facilities and their staff - both are top notch. Will be going here in the future and recommending Aarthi labs to everyone I know.
