Very disappointing experience at the CaratLane Mulund West Store. We were trying to contact the store since morning, but the staff was unable to assist us properly. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no resolution. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy to take the call or address the issue. Eventually, I had to reach out to CaratLane support via email, and they provided simple steps that actually helped me place the order—something the store couldn’t guide us on. It feels like the store is only interested when the order value is high. For smaller transactions, they don’t seem willing to help or even entertain customers. Really disappointing service and not what you expect from a brand like CaratLane.
