So I recently visited The Icecream Bakery Mulund outlet (multiple outlets). Their menu is very elaborate and they have a lot of variety to choose from. I would highly recommend you to try their Icecreams and sundaes. Their shakes and cakes are also extremely tempting and delicious. What we ordered 1. Mocha mocha sundae 2. Glossy chocolate shooter 3. Dark night Milkshake 4. Oreo and dark night cake I really loved the mocha mocha sundae. Highly recommended.

If you love ice-cream , then The Icecream Bakery (TIB) is your dream destination . they have many outlets I visited this one in Mulund. the ambience is quite elegant. TIB makes their own ice-cream. They do not use any kind of artificial flavours. The ice cream that you order is prepared in front of you . It's really a pleasant experience to eat ice cream over here and it must be tried. TIB has a plethora of options to soothen your soul . Unique flavours , ice cream shooters, ice cream cakes , milkshakes , sundaes , you name it they have it all . I tried the following : -> Rose Gulkand icecream: Gulkand for those who don't know is a mixture of rose petals and sugar. It tastes wonderful. This ice cream was simply lipsmacking . It's a part of the "Royal Indian Flavours" . The flavour of the gulkand was clearly evident . Also since they prepare the ice cream right in front of you , you can see them adding the gulkand . The flavour of rose seemed extremely natural and fresh. Do give it a shot if you love gulkand . -> Newyorkers: This is a part of their "TIB Mashups" . So what exactly is a mashup you may ask . It is basically cakes mashed up with their ice cream base. Newyorkers is a cheesecake mashup. This ice cream is straight up heavenly. The combination of the cheesecake and the ice- cream is a match made in heaven. Comin to TIB and not trying this ice cream would be a sin. -> Mocha-Mocha Shooter : A shooter is a multilayered ice-cream mousse. It consists of layers brownie crumbs , semi-solid chocolate and coffee ice cream. Topped with a layer a whipped cream the mocha-mocha shooter is perfection. The flavours of the chocolate , brownie crumbs, coffee icecream binds really well . The flavours are really well balanced. -> Dark Night Sundae : first of all this dish had a presentation that was just next level awesome . The taste is a heavenly ride. The dark chocolate was well combined with the other elements of this dish . At TIB you don't just eat your ice cream , you see it being prepared in front of you which in my opinion just sweetens the experience.
