Natural ice as brand is good , but the management here is...
Natural ice as brand is good , but the management here is very bad ,knowingly giving customers less amount of ice cream, try any other Natural ice-cream outlet , experience multiple times , going for other outlets now

I purchased Tender Coconut Icecream from Naturals Vikhroli East on 10 Jun 2026. While consuming it, I found plastic particles in the ice cream, which is a health hazard. This is unacceptable and violates food safety standards Please investigate this immediately and share what corrective action you’ll take. Also confirm if anything health related issues happens who will be responsible for it. Also Note Mahendra Gupta was the serving person. Very worst unacceptable service naturals are providing.
