Worst pg in Mulund .the owner lady don’t know how to behave with pg girl . UnHygiene place . Owner is very aggressive . She always use to misbehave with every1 i don't understand she took full payment from me but never given proper bad or cupboard.or any other facility. Lived here for a couple of months, long enough to realise what kind of a woman the owner is. I had made the booking online from my native place and was spoken to very nicely when I was new, but once time passed Anupama began using foul language and insulting the girls horribly. The woman is a crass, money minded person who will constantly threaten to throw you out of the place if she doesn't like you. Cons of living here: 1. The owner has no manners whatsoever on how to speak with the girls under her care. She behaves like she feeds us for free for the entire duration of our stay. 2. You cannot be reminded enough times to switch off the lights about the bill. 3. The place was advertised to have a washing machine and other basic amenities like geyser, clothing rack to dry clothes. There are none. 4. The place is overcrowded to say the least. Horribly maintained with the girls being packed like a tin of sardines. 5. The owner is a two faced liar who does not have the courage to fight her battles on ground and hence goes about discussing behind other people's backs. Pros of living here: None Bear in mind: 1. If you have good ignoring skills like a salesman does for a perusing customer, you will be a good fit. 2. Never plan to stay here long term. You'll lose your mind here unnecessarily because she herself is not looking for long time commitments. Her business model functions on the concept "come and leave" so that she can add others to her new beds that are vacant. 3. Mind your own business in the PG. The girls may seem naive at first but they will backstab you at the correct moment. 4. If you want to live on cheap rent in Mulund Colony, you can look for other better options. Remember there are sites like 99 acres and no broker for your needs
