Edit: They refunded the token money by adjusting it in an existing flat. Hence updating my review. ———————————— Stay far away from Prestige Mulund – unethical and shady practices. This builder took ₹1 lakh as a token amount for a specific 3BHK flat they claimed was available. The very next day, they informed me that the flat was already booked by someone else. Instead of returning the token, they’re now pushing me to consider other units in the same building — ones I never asked for. This is a clear case of bait and switch. They lure buyers with false promises, take money, and then trap you in a web of delays and pressure tactics. No transparency, no accountability, and no refund so far. Avoid this project if you value your peace of mind and hard-earned money.
