I have been quite disappointed with this preschool. My daughter was in the Mulund West branch; she attended playgroup and junior KG there for a total of two years, and she was also enrolled in their daycare. Firstly, there is a clear issue of favoritism. The same children consistently appear in the school’s reels and events, especially those whose parents seem more involved or preferred. Moreover, the focus is mainly on these favorite students, while the rest of the children do not receive equal attention. Despite my daughter actively participating in all activities, her pictures or updates were rarely shared. Although the school claims to provide daily updates on each child’s progress through the app, my daughter’s updates were irregular. Additionally, for future events, only selected parents were informed in advance. For example, during Sports Day, a few parents were informed earlier about specific roles (like dressing up as Mary Kom), while the rest of us were informed much later and had no prior idea. Moreover, the daycare hygiene was very poor. My daughter used to fall sick almost every 10 days. While it is understandable that children may fall sick occasionally, this frequency was too high. It clearly shows that proper hygiene was not maintained. There should be better care, as children’s immunity can only handle so much. Another concern is that the daycare activities seem to be conducted only for namesake. The activities they claim to offer are mostly done just for taking photos. Within a few seconds of clicking pictures, the activity ends, with no real engagement or meaningful learning involved. Considering all these issues, the fee is extremely high. I paid ₹90,000 for junior KG, which is significantly higher compared to other schools. However, the quality of service and attention provided does not justify the fee at all.
