Traveled all the way from Airoli to visit this store, but the experience was disappointing. The staff was not supportive and seemed more focused on asking whether we would book immediately rather than showing the collection properly. We expected to explore a few options before deciding, but the interaction was not welcoming. Eventually, we traveled back to Thane and purchased a new piece from another store instead of renting. I hope the store improves its customer interaction and allows customers to properly explore the collection before expecting them to commit to a booking.
