This wasn't my first visit. I've been to this restaurant 4–5 times because the food is always delicious. The place is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is great. However, I had one disappointing experience. I bought glass bottles of Thums Up and Sprite. Both bottles had an MRP of ₹10 printed on them, but I was charged ₹20 for each bottle. When I asked the staff about it, they said they were only employees and were charging the amount as instructed by the owner. Except for this issue, everything else was very good. I hope the management looks into this and charges customers according to the printed MRP. I enjoy the food here and would love to keep visiting this restaurant.

Yesterday, we visited Shifu Express Hotel, Bhandup, to celebrate my son’s birthday with 11 family members, including children. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Today, almost all family members are facing stomach upset issues after the dinner. Before placing the order, I personally informed the staff not to make the food spicy, especially because children were included. However, the soup was extremely spicy, and even the starters were too spicy. In the main course, we ordered Veg Chopper Rice and Box Rice, but both tasted exactly the same. We could not understand the difference between the two dishes. Also, the rice did not seem properly cooked and felt stale. Additionally, whenever I have ordered non-veg food from Shifu Express earlier, there has been a strong unpleasant smell, and even the next day the smell remained on the fingers. My family members were already worried when I told them the party was planned at Shifu Express, and sadly this experience proved them right. I will never order from Shifu Express again.
