Hyundai i10 Car(Year 2009) In December 2024, I met Mr. Vaibhav Gadkari & we discussed my needs for detailing my Hundai i10 car. 1. April 2024 my Car had complete 15 years of usage. In 2021, I was planning to buy an SUV. However, when I researched the market, I found the next Generation of Car technologie was being built in India for eg. EV Platform, Flex Fuel Car platform, Hydrogen Car Platform. From my Technology experience I understood such technologies require a longer gestation period. After careful consideration I decided to upgrade my Car and use it for the next 7 to 10 years. I thought 7 to 10 years is a good time for Car technologies to mature. After 4 years of upgrades the final step was Complete Body detailing & Painting. 2. I told Mr Vaibhav that I would like to use the Car for next 4 to 5 years. 3. A major problem was water leakage through the firewall. It was temporarily fixed a year ago by applying M-seal. We discussed implementing a Permanent Water proofing solution. 4. He mentioned that the work will be completed in 2 weeks. He gave me the assurance that he will put his best team in place, and he wanted to see a Happy customer. As 2 weeks passed, I couldn’t see much progress and to be honest I was apprehensive of the work. Though I noticed that time was being spent on detailing efforts. a. The firewall portion where there was leakage was cut and replaced with a steel sheet thus shielding any leaks. b. Entire Car both externally and internally was polished with Sandpaper. c. Finally, after 4.5 weeks the work was completed. Finally, when I went to collect my car, I was enamored by the Bosch team’s hospitality. My Car was looking like new. I felt like I was receiving a new Car from a dealer. I decided to hold my google review until I experienced my Car in the Monsoons. On the first few showers there were no problems and my confidence grew. After nearly 1.5 months of Monsoon experience, I am highly confident of my car. I have attached the OLD and NEW pictures of my car. Working with Bosch PowerDrive has been a very positive experience. My car is running in Optimal condition. I give “2 Thums Up” to Bosch PowerDrive detailing work.
