Did 3M car polish and now it looks like new. Only I m not satisfied by Service buddy Abhishek shinde who stopped responding and had to myself visit garage and take delivery. Even escalation manager Mr. Inderjeet was unreachable. Don't opt for go mechanic.

Absolutely pathetic staff Abhishek Shinde who promised to pickup at 6 pm & then at last minute calls & tells that pickup cannot be done & when asked why then starts shouting & yelling rudely & cuts the call. He should be named Anti-service buddy who is spoiling the name of Gomechanic. This is the 2nd time his behaviour has been unprofessional. Escalation manager Aman Gupta is another useless staff who never picks up any calls. Hasnain garage owner too is an arrogant person who too is an unprofessional person. Their customer service too had promised to call back to solve the issue but there has been no calls. Fail to understand why Gomechanic hires such stupid persons who don't know how to behave with customers. You have lost a customer having 3 cars forever. Gomechanic will have to shut down business if they continue with such idiots. Would have given 0 stars or minus if the option was there. Even roadside garages are better & more professional where I ultimately got the repairs done at half the cost of Gomechanic! Avoid these idiots totally for mental peace & to save your time and money.
