Absolutely disgusting experience with Bajaj Finance (Thakur Village branch). They lured us into investing lakhs of our life savings with false promises. When we tried to withdraw, they shamelessly said we would get only 60% of our own money back. After making us wait again, they still cut money from our investment, and we ended up with LESS than what we originally invested. This is not poor service — this feels like a complete fraud. They trap innocent people with sweet talk and then hide behind terms and conditions. All of these 5-star ratings are completely fake. Please do not believe them and get scammed. They trap innocent people with sweet talk and then hide behind terms and conditions. I’m not even financially strong enough to fight a legal case against the branch, the staff, and whatever fraud they are running under a reputed brand. Stay away from Bajaj Finance. Don’t risk your hard-earned money.
