They were prompt and very professional about the rescue! I called them asking to rescue a crow that wasn't able to fly and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with the bird. They kept me updated about the rescue via WhatsApp and informed me where the team was and when they would get to Mulund. Huge thanks to Pawan - the founder and Sahil who volunteered for the rescue!

Guys Im not sure what is going on here but one of your volunteers have just led me on a wild goose chase needlessly. Alot of injured birds tend to land at my door for healing, and I always do my best to have them sent to the Bandra Hill road Animal hospital for healing, unfortunately today the person who takes them for me is on vacation so I had to reach out to various ngos etc asking whether anyone is available to help with this.Your volunteer gave me a contact and asked me to get in touch directly which I did, to my surpise the person said they only work in the Andheri Area. When I told your conact person this , they said "Madam we tried to help you." So I want to make this simple point. How do you think you are helping by giving me irrelevant details? If you dont have volunteers or a means to help in my area thats fine, but why not just say that ? This is a service ALL of us are committed to, it can only sustain if we are considerate surely?
