I had few cats neutered with this NGO. Good thing is that they are good at surgery. Bad thing. The staff never picks up call or responds to your concerns about the cat. As a caretaker, we are concerned for our cats health especially if they are at a new place. As an NGO they should understand and inculcate in this behaviour. Swapna is too rude and arrogant. She should improve her behaviour and talking skills with people. You are not doing any favour on your customers. In facts customer favours you. This attitude won’t go long way. However she’s compassionate towards animals. As a lawyer, I understand the challenges faced by an NGO, but it never provides you a leeway to behave badly.

I gave one star, but honestly I didn’t even want to give that. If you truly love your cats, please never bring them here. I took my two male cats here for sterilization. Before that, they were very hyperactive and playful. But ever since they came back home, both of them started falling seriously ill. They don’t even allow us inside their clinic. When I later took my cats to a private doctor, the doctor said that the place where the sterilization was done was probably not kept clean, and because of that my cats got infected. Today, I lost one of my cats, and the other one is in critical condition.
