The itinerary was well-planned, the accommodations were comfortable, and all arrangements were handled smoothly. Our trip was stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Meghalaya, Assam, and the surrounding destinations. Dear Timeless Travels Team, We would like to share feedback regarding our recent travel experience. The food and water service during the journey requires significant improvement. Although water service was included in the travel plan, it was not provided as expected. Additionally, we strongly advise against recommending AK Continental Hotel to future travellers. At this hotel, basin water was provided for drinking, which is completely unacceptable—especially from a hotel claiming a 4-star rating. Moreover, the bedsheets and pillows were not clean. Upon checking into the room, we found hair on both the bed and pillows, which was extremely unhygienic and disappointing. Furthermore, the bus provided by Timeless Travels was not adequate for the number of people in the group. The seating was cramped and did not offer a comfortable travel experience. We hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure a higher standard of service for future trips.
