The lowest rating is 1, but I'd like to provide a 0. The footwear are overpriced based on the quality. I bought a footwear worth Rs. 600 which was clearly poorer quality than Rs. 150. I understood that but I had to buy because of emergency. The owner shouts the words "guarantee" like it means nothing. He asked me to exit the shop wearing the footwear guaranteeing that it won't cause me a shoe bite. Within 30 minutes, I had a shoe bite and called the owner to reclaim on his guarantee - to which he says that because I've worn the sandals, I won't be able to return it. No accountability, and just false words!
