One of the worst hospitals in Mulund East. I am writing this review so that other patients and families do not go through the same mental stress, financial burden, and poor treatment that we experienced here. Doctors Prasad Padwal and Paresh Bhanushali gave the patient a wrong diagnosis and kept the patient admitted for 4 days without proper treatment or satisfactory improvement. Despite this, the hospital charged nearly ₹2 lakh for just 4 days of hospitalization. Medicine charges alone were around ₹70,000. Every day, new tests, medicines, and expenses kept getting added without proper explanation or transparency. It looked like the hospital was more focused on increasing the bill instead of giving correct treatment to the patient. Playing with a patient’s health and misleading families during difficult situations is completely unacceptable. Families come to hospitals with trust, but this hospital turned out to be a very disappointing experience for us. Apart from the treatment and billing issues, the behavior of the accounts department was also unacceptable. The accounts girl was rude, disrespectful, and lacked basic manners while speaking to patient relatives. If patients are anyway going to pay such hefty bills, it is far better to go to reputed hospitals like Fortis or Jupiter where patients at least get experienced doctors, proper diagnosis, better facilities, professional staff, and much better patient care instead of wasting money here. We deeply regret choosing this hospital and would strongly advise others to be very careful before taking admission here. Our experience was that the hospital gave a wrong diagnosis, charged an extremely high bill, and failed to provide proper treatment that was expected. Very pathetic, stressful, and disappointing experience overall. One of the worst hospital experiences we have ever faced.
