One of the worst experience.... Needed basic removal of hypothecation from RC book... He passed on my og RC and other documents to other agent as the car is mumbai passing and now have to chase the other agent.... Complete payment was asked beforehand and now when I am asking for updates he tells me to ask that other agent.... Also first he did not pay that other agent, hence that agent did not process my documents. This is still going on for 6 month now.... And I am yet to receive my new rc

Worst kind of experience. I don't wish this kind of experience to my enemy also. They gave me 7 am time. Went there at 6.55am. None present. Tried all phone numbers,none received my call. Had waited there for 20 minutes in rain. It was my first day. UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

The services are amazing here. They help you out with the student license as well as the permanent license properly. The instructors are very well spoken and kind their explanations really help you out while driving . Loved the overall experience and got my licence in the first try! Would recommend 100%
