Went to enroll my wife for driving lessons and a license. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The owner at the desk straight up refused to teach her simply because she works in aviation and has varying working hours. The way he responded was unnecessarily dramatic and rather disrespectful — it genuinely made us feel as though we were asking for something unreasonable. In my opinion, even if a driving school cannot accommodate flexible timings, there’s always a polite and professional way to say so. After all, it’s still part of the service industry, where respecting and valuing customers should be a priority. Sadly, that was clearly missing here.
