I had a very disappointing experience at Impulse Studio. I paid for a trial Zumba class scheduled at 10:00 AM. When I arrived, there was no teacher and no students present. The person at reception mentioned that the class usually starts at 10:15, which was different from the time communicated to me. When I contacted Bosky to clarify, instead of addressing the confusion politely, she was extremely aggressive and rude. I simply mentioned that it was 10:05 AM and no one was there. As a client-facing business in the fitness industry, basic courtesy and professionalism are expected. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Bosky and Punit are incredibly passionate about dance and they have a massive knowledge-base and experience in dance themselves. They are very well-versed in a multitude of dance-forms and know what they're talking about. They are kind and empathetic individuals in general, because of which they are patient and encouraging towards newcomers. This makes for an amazing learning-experience that's fun and light-hearted (because they're passionate about dance themselves). In short, they have a lot to offer and I highly recommend their dance-programs.
