The most arrogant and rude staff ever. The owner's brother literally insults you makes sure you are sound a lier. Ordered e cheese rooms and gave him specific instructions on the call thrice before ordering still the order recieved was totally a packaging issue. When I called the restaurant the persons says that this is the only best way and that I am wrong I asked for good quality and good service. Once the shop starts to run into a restaurant then the typical carelessness and rudeness starts to occur. If you are ordering make sure your dont sell your self respect because they will make you feel that they know everything and the customer is a fool. Good taste but poor service..lack basic customer service and empathy. Doesn't accept the errors and doesn't believe in learning from errors. Typical 4 paise aaye aur pateli chalu attitude. Hope so someone benefits from it

“We had to wait 45 minutes for the food after placing the order. They kept saying ‘5 minutes, 5 minutes,’ but it took 45–50 minutes for the order to arrive. Very bad service. They don’t even bring simple drinking water to the table.”
