As a very regular customer of CCD Haiko, Powai, I am genuinely disappointed by the lack of basic customer comfort in the open seating area. Despite charging premium prices, there is inadequate shade and poor ventilation, making the space uncomfortable and often unusable. The monsoon has already arrived. How does the management expect customers to use and enjoy the open seating area without proper weather protection? Premium pricing must be matched by premium facilities and customer care. I strongly urge the senior management to take this review seriously and immediately install proper shade and improve ventilation. Customer comfort should not be overlooked, especially for loyal customers who regularly support the brand.

Went to a CCD after ages. Overpriced, quality of products below average, ambience below average - staff has no clue except for one. CCD is no longer what it used to be, cannot even whip a cream for Devil's own. So disappointing.

Disgusting food and a total waste of money! The cake served to me was incredibly stale and rock-hard. It was clearly days old. Because of your pathetic quality control, I’ve been violently vomiting at home. It’s a health hazard. Worst coffee shop in Marine Lines by far. Never stepping foot in here again.

This is the worst CCD experience I have ever had. The staff at the Veera Desai branch were extremely rude and showed no understanding of basic hospitality or customer service. As a customer, I found their behavior unacceptable and disappointing. If this is the level of service being provided, the management should seriously review the staff's training and conduct. Such behavior can leave customers feeling disrespected and unwilling to return. I hope CCD's customer support team takes this feedback seriously and investigates the matter so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.
