The studio is very pretty, exactly as shown in the pictures. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing and well-designed. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. I am not sure if they were the managers or the owners, but there was a man and a woman present, and their behavior was quite rude. Their tone was harsh and unprofessional. I had already sent the OOC details on WhatsApp and had requested that the studio be prepared accordingly. The person handling it hadnt seen the picture, which led to some confusion. What frustrated me was not the mistake itself, but the tone in which they responded. Even though I wasnt directly speaking to the woman, she intervened in a confrontational way. I will admit I lost my calm as well because the situation escalated into an argument. The core issue wasn’t about arranging the studio or asking for assistance while moving things around. It was mainly about the tone and the way the conversation was handled. In short, the studio space is beautiful, but the staff’s attitude significantly affected the overall experience. I left without shooting.
