Ayyappa Temple Mira Road is a beautiful place to reconnect spiritually, especially if you visit early in the morning. I went around 7 AM, and the calm devotional atmosphere instantly reminded me of temples back in Kerala. The Pathinettam Padi (sacred 18 steps) carries deep significance for devotees of Lord Ayyappa. While the surroundings here include the usual city hustle,traffic, roads, and urban noise, it still offers a subtle, powerful connection. Of course, it may not replicate the raw, divine aura of Sabarimala Temple nestled amidst dense forests and mountains, but in its own way, it feels like a spiritual “Wi-Fi”- quietly reconnecting you back to your roots in the middle of everyday life. The morning darshan was peaceful, and receiving prasad added to the wholesome experience. It’s a great place for those who miss that temple energy while managing busy urban routines. “Tat Tvam Asi” – a profound Sanskrit mahavakya meaning “You are That” or “The divine exists within you.” Saamiye Sharanam Ayyappa! 🙏
