They have scammed me! They sent me faulty defected forteo pens which costed me 50,000 rupees. And when I informed them they did a lot of drama to take it back and when they took it back they gave only one pen in replacement and started to avoid our calls and messages and even that one pen is defected. They are giving false excuses everytime!

Horrible service. The medicine was ordered in the morning with a clear instruction that no one would be available after 12:30 PM. Despite this, the delivery was attempted later when no one was present. When asked to re-deliver, I was repeatedly told it would be done within 30 minutes to an hour, but no delivery happened. After multiple follow-ups, again when I contacted at 10:30 PM they informed that a prescription will be required—despite the fact that the invoice had already been generated in the morning. Even after pointing this out, I was told the delivery would be made after another hour, around 12:00 AM. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable service.

I was apprehensive seeing all the negative reviews and overall low rating but my experience has been stellar so far. They've fulfilled every prescription I've had and staff have been prompt and courteous. There has been an occasional wait of a few minutes but if there are customers ahead of you, they will be attended to first. A little patience never hurt anybody.

I have visited this place on 10.11.2025. I had a very disappointing experience with Wellness Forever. The staff member named Abdullah was extremely unprofessional and clearly lacks basic customer service etiquette. His way of speaking to customers was rude and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the delivery service was pathetic – delayed, disorganized, and handled with zero accountability. It’s shocking to see such poor service from a brand that claims to prioritize customer wellness. I sincerely hope the management takes strict action and trains their staff to treat customers with respect and improve their service quality.
