I’m really disappointed with services of nayar nagar Mira road location. My medicine was promised to be delivered by evening, ordered early in the morning but it’s already midnight and I still haven’t received it. This delay is unacceptable, especially for essential medicines related to my pregnancy On top of that, no one is answering calls or responding to messages. This is really unprofessional.

Very disappointed with this outlet. The staff was unprofessional and not at all helpful. Medicines were either unavailable or they kept delaying the order without giving clear information. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple prescription fulfilled. The store was poorly managed and customer service was extremely slow. For a reputed brand like Apollo, this was the worst experience I’ve had. Definitely not recommended. Also selling 5rs mask in 16rs this was the worst part.

The service is not good. I sent the prescription 2 days ago and have not received the medicine till now. When I call, every time a different person picks up the phone and then he asks for the details again and again. Sometimes he says that this medicine is not available, sometimes he says he will send it by 8 o'clock, sometimes he says there is no boy for delivery. In this way they never send the medicine on time and this is not the first time it happens again and again.

Apollo Pharmacy has scammed me. They gave me an already opened balm bottle, and when I went to return it, they refused to take it back. The Apollo staff blamed me, saying I was the one who opened it, and they started arguing with me. So I walked out and threw the bottle away. Now, I’ll take action against Apollo Pharmacy for their misbehavior and for giving me an opened product.
