Hello everyone, I recently visited Pancharatna Optical, and honestly, my experience was excellent. The staff here is very polite, professional, and helpful. Good place to get spectacles made. I had got a prescription for my glasses from a Doctor which didn't suite me and I had difficulty using the spectacles. When I discussed this here, they immediately understood the problem and told me the prescription was wrong, they then explained what the problem was and told me that changing the power would resolve the problem. They went out of the way to help me get a new pair of specs with the right power best suited for my use. Very obliging, concerned and helpful. They know their job very well.

The new Versace eyeglasses are exactly what was needed, fitted with high-quality ZEISS Single Vision AS 1.6 BlueGuard Duravision Gold lenses. Everything was ready exactly on the date specified on the order card and even a ZEISS microfiber cleaning cloth was included. A fantastic experience all around!"
