I visited the store to browse and explore gift options, but the experience was quite unpleasant. One of the staff members kept following us continuously while we were just looking around, which made us very uncomfortable. The behavior felt intrusive and unnecessary. The constant presence, nosiness, and expressions made the visit awkward instead of welcoming. Customers should be allowed to browse freely without feeling watched or judged. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and staff are guided on maintaining appropriate customer space.

Products are too Expensive, not much options are available in Greetings cards, they sale other then archives products but on mrp which you will get in any shop at much lower price. Like simple coffee mug they sale for rupees 500 to 600. I bought perfume for rupees 1745 which is not value for money

I went to the Archies shop in Mira Road to buy gifts, and after going there I was looking around at the items. While I was moving around, the staff kept walking right behind me. Wherever I went, they were following me. Being a customer, anyone would feel uncomfortable if three staff members are surrounding you while you’re shopping. I asked them why they were standing around me like that, and one lady there got annoyed and rudely said, “You need help, that’s why.” I replied, “Yes, if I need help, I will ask for it, but if three staff members keep surrounding me, it becomes uncomfortable.” Honestly, I had a very bad experience. Whatever the situation, customers should be given their own space, not constantly shadowed by staff—especially not three of them together. It was really very uncomfortable, and because of that I lost interest in buying anything. So, I just bought one small item and left the place. I request the Archies shop owner to train your staff in proper customer service.
