Though they seem to be doing their work since long, yet they lack politeness and humility and don't aspire to learn so. In my opinion, the whole business runs on the good will of the owner - Ahmed Bhai and his assistant Waseem. Even the owner's son is significantly rude and it's unpleasant to deal with him.
