My experience with the diagnostic center was very good. The staff was polite, professional, and supportive throughout the process. Mrs Kirti at the reception explained everything very clearly and was extremely helpful. The testing process was smooth and well-managed. I received the reports on time, and the doctor explained all the details clearly. Overall, the service felt professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

Today at around 12:00 PM, I visited for a sonography appointment and requested multiple times (3–4 times) to be shown my child’s heartbeat. However, despite my repeated requests, neither the doctor nor the staff made any effort to show or explain it during the procedure. After the scan was completed, I raised this concern, but I was informed that I could not be invited inside or allowed to view it. Only after further discussion was I told, “next time you can see,” which felt dismissive. This experience appeared unprofessional and lacked basic patient sensitivity. As a parent, this is a very important and emotional moment, and such requests should be handled with more care and consideration. I would advise others to be cautious before visiting Porwal. In my recent experience, their services seem to have declined and felt unprofessional.
