Highly advise everyone not to visit this clinic. My experience with Dr. Shraddha Goyal was extremely disappointing, threatening, and highly unprofessional. Before my visit, I was clearly informed that the consultation would be completely free. However, after the treatment discussion, I was suddenly and forcefully asked to pay ₹2500 for X-rays and scanning without any prior information, consent, or transparency regarding these charges. This felt completely misleading and unethical. I have visited multiple dental clinics earlier where consultations were genuinely free, and in cases where any procedure or scan was required, proper information and consent were always taken beforehand. Here, I was charged an unjustified amount without any communication, which was shocking. Apart from the hidden charges, the doctor’s behavior during the discussion about treatment and payment was rude and unprofessional. I was even threatened that if I did not immediately proceed with a treatment plan costing around ₹1.5 lakh for a single tooth under their so-called “warranty scheme,” it could become life-threatening and I could even die. Such fear-based pressure tactics are unacceptable and unethical. I have already consulted multiple other dental clinics, and nowhere did the estimated treatment cost exceed ₹15,000. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, respect, and professional communication, all of which were completely lacking here. This experience felt more like exploitation in the name of healthcare rather than genuine medical advice. Strongly request the Dental Council and concerned authorities to take strict action against such unethical practices and protect innocent patients from being misled and financially exploited.
