The worst experience in regards to food. I love walnut brownie the most at Theobroma but the walnut brownie in Mira rd is the worst. He told us it's 2 days old and also it was so dry that it broke just 2 times that I poked it. I have attached the pic. I am genuinely doubting their quality now

I know nothing changes still thought to put so that I can save priceless time many customers. Pathetic behaviour, absolutely disgusting staff. I had to pick up a cake and it was urgent. The timing showed 8:00 AM. I went at 8:35 AM. First they said they are not open. They were busy chatting. I said you are here and cakes are here. Take money and give me the cake. Then they said POS is not working. I said cash. Then they said available only by online pick up via app. I had to download the app, register and then it showed no pickup slots. I asked again then that lady said, then I will have to wait. Means instead of doing all these things, they should have just gave the cake and take the cash. But wasted my 12 minutes. I had to leave empty handed but shameless they don’t even care. I don’t Theobroma is cake shop or an AADHAAR card registration office. Absolutely disgusting.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been a regular customer and have ordered from here several times, but today I found a strand of hair inside one of the 6 sandwiches I ordered This shows a complete lack of hygiene and care in food preparation. Finding hair in food is not just unpleasant, it’s unhygienic and raises serious concerns about kitchen cleanliness and staff standards. After this incident, I will no longer be ordering from this place. Such negligence is disappointing and should be addressed immediately to prevent it from happening to others
