NEVERRR ORDER FROM THEM. SHIT SERVICE. Had this delivery from Zomato From this place, included a pineapple cake which tasted like cough syrup and it will make you sick, a cheese cake which has a crusted brick instead of cheese i mean like clearly it was bad old stock they wanted to get rid off, these people cant take accountability for sending a bad order, they refused to give a refund or a replacement and constantly avoided taking the blame. Worst service ever. I received a spoiled cake, and the shopkeeper refused to accept responsibility. The cake went bad within just 3 hours of purchase. Instead of addressing the issue, they blamed us, saying it spoiled because we kept it in the refrigerator, which is completely unreasonable. They showed no concern, refused to refund the money, and shamelessly took the cake back. Better to go with Cake Villa. You just lost your regular customer

⚠️ Food Safety Warning – Libon (via Swiggy) ⚠️ I had a terrible experience with Libon and wanted to share this so others can be careful. I ordered Kunafa for my baby through Swiggy, and when we opened the box, we were shocked to find fungus on it. When I called the restaurant directly, they tried to brush it off by saying it was just "pista" (pistachio). I told them to come and eat it themselves if they really believed that. Eventually, the shopkeeper admitted the fridge was broken, blamed the staff for packing stale food, and realized the mistake. He offered to replace the item, but by then the damage was done. I told him, “Thanks, but you can eat the spoiled food yourself.” This was my last order from Libon. They clearly don’t check what they’re serving, and that’s not something anyone should risk—especially when feeding kids. Please think twice before ordering from or eating at Libon. Food safety should never be compromised.

We recently ordered a 2.5 kg premium chocolate cake from Libon for our daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! At first, we were a bit unsure after reading some negative reviews, so we spoke to the team about our concerns. They assured us they would do their best, and they truly delivered! The mermaid-themed cake was beautifully designed... The taste was rich, perfectly balanced, and not overloaded with cream. The outer layer had a touch of fondant for decoration, but the inside was pure, indulgent chocolate. Every bite was heavenly! Everyone at the party kept asking where the cake was from... This was, without a doubt, the best birthday cake we’ve had in the last 10 years. Huge thanks to the Libon team and their cake chef for such excellent work. Highly recommended!
