This was my first trip with Platinum Travels and the experience was marvellous. Not a single moment where I felt this was not up to the standard or this could have been done differently. Platinium Travels was a great help when we were stranded in Mumbai due to the conflict in the Gulf countries. As soon as we received the "exit permit" from the Indian authorities, Pruthesh Patel and his colleague found us a flight to France, avoiding a stopover in the conflict zone. This was a huge relief after 10 days of uncertainty and waiting following the cancellation of our flight.
