Public Warning Regarding Balla – MM Tours We would like to share our recent experience with Balla from MM Tours so that other agents and travelers can make informed decisions. In multiple cases involving our clients (including guests from Malaysia), we faced the following issues: Clients were repeatedly asked for additional money beyond agreed arrangements. A CNG vehicle was provided for outstation travel, although payment was made for a petrol vehicle. Clients were advised to cancel one night in Aurangabad and return early to Mumbai without proper justification. For another booking, a Maharaja Tempo was confirmed and paid in advance, but a regular minivan was provided instead. When the client shared photos and questioned the vehicle downgrade, there was no response to our calls. This is not an isolated incident. We have experienced similar service discrepancies in previous bookings as well. We strongly advise other agents and travelers to verify vehicle types, hotel confirmations, and written agreements before making payments. Please ensure all commitments are documented clearly.
