My self Manisha More I had face worst service of vijay sales sion branch, they treat the customer like as if nothing i had taken Haier washing machine and that machine was not working properly so I contact customer service of vijay sales bcoz the washing machine was not total worth it after some days by requesting them they replace my Haier washing machine and install whirlpool machine by saying this is better than Haier and they had install default piece and till the date I am facing the same problem the machin is not working properly so after all this I again contact to the customer service so they said we are out of this matter and giving excuse like service boys (staff) is not there , part is not available you have to wait for a month just wanna say that how the customer will have trust on vijay sales Even not attending the call very poor service of vijay sales totally disappointed, plz do avoid shopping from vijay sales

Very poor service, had called customer care today for arranging a call back from the store 5 times, every time the call center lady said,she has placed the request, however not a single call received. When we personally visited the store the model required was not available & we were asked to wait till tomorrow. If someone from the store had called & informed after repeated follow ups from our side , that the piece is not available, it would have saved our time & also the traval. I would rate this store not even 1 star, pathetic staff & service.
