If I could give Rajiv and the gallery a 7 star review I would. We were in Mumbai for a wedding and I happened to walk into the showroom. I was there less than 5-6 minutes but definitely fell in love with a piece of art. I continued the conversation with Rajiv over Whattsap for 2 weeks. At no point did I feel rushed throughout the process. In fact, I waffled many times with so much back and forth and throughout he was patient, showed value and displayed exceptional levels of customer service. His goal was really to see how he could instil confidence in me as a patron without making any false commitments or guarantees. Highly professional and personable. Thank you Rajiv for seeing this through till the end. The artwork arrived in Toronto within a week and the professional installer said he has never in his 30 year career seen better packaging of a piece of art! From start to finish Rajiv was a class act! I’m excited to see what my next piece of art will be from Painted Rythm Art Gallery.
