Very unprofessional service. A representative visited a day before the move, inspected everything, and assured us that all items would be moved safely and that the wardrobe and bed would be dismantled and reassembled properly at the destination. However, on the day of the move, the team was unable to reassemble the wardrobe, forcing me to hire someone else at an additional cost of ₹2,000. The movers were careless throughout the process and seemed more interested in taking shortcuts than handling the items properly. As a result, they caused multiple scratches on my sofa, damaged my 55-inch Smart TV, and left several scratches on my study table. What makes this even more disappointing is that the move was only from one building to the building directly opposite, yet they still failed to handle the job professionally. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Based on the service I received, I find it hard to believe the high ratings are genuine. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if they value their belongings and want a hassle-free moving experience.

Best service , very efficient, everything was packed perfectly. All the kitchen equipment was packed separately in pouches . They even helped to unpack n keep stuff at place .. really good people
