Lots of zopadpattis and garage out side the buiding. Leakage and pigeon issues in the building. You will have to pay full for parking lift maintenance charges even if you do not use your parking area, however if you use then no issues. Same parking charges levied upon the old and new tenants, even though new tenants have paid for the parking area, whereas the old tenants have been using the first floor parking area unauthorisely. Half wing of the same building occupied by noisy and peek-a-boo old tenants, only few of them you will find elite and decent. Better go for buying flats in buildings with separate tenants wing and of course with safe neihboorhood without zopadpattis.
