Super expensive for no bloody reason, same test cost 30-40% less at other diagnostic centres. This place just keeps making money from people who are in need at difficult situations.

V nice neat and clean place. Staff is v good, supportive. Not much waiting time, bcs of the main staff. Everything goes v smoothly. Results r perfect. I know this place since v long.. Keep it up

First fail is the way they draw blood, they poke at at 45 degree angle and try to adjust the depth until blood comes out, causing pain and bleeding for days, they also leave it dangling so that the tip of the needle pokes and scratches my veins internally whenever they move and change vacuum tubes. They don’t stabilise despite telling them and just carry on. As for the injection dyes prior to CT angio, they push it in so fast I felt my entire veins were about to explode in excruciating pain , I’ve done angios before these guys just are careless, and my entire forearm veins were painful for a whole week couldn’t even sleep properly, whenever I raised the concern they again just sway their head and say it’s ok it will subside…. Everything is met with “it’s ok don’t worry” Their hygiene standards aren’t great I had to tell them to change cover paper sheets everytime they don’t even do that, and sometimes their rooms don’t even have cover sheets you can see how gunky and dirty it is, even that is met with “it’s ok it has been cleaned” despite it being visibly unclean. I developed boils on the back of my scalp after visiting them As for the MRI I went in and not only was the tray not clean they didn’t even have new paper to place on the tray they had to make me wait ages to get new paper so I can lie down on it, but it doesn’t matter anyway because they give neck stabilisers that appear oily and unclean and smell of people oils , then when you go into the MRI machine you can see spit , dried up yellow / green phlegm of previous patients about 8 cm from my face and had to sit still for 30 mins of that because they can stop once started. It is clear this had not been cleaned in a while given how baked in and dried up it was inside the MRI machine. Then you have to keep chasing for weeks for their reports and anomalies in their report , for example they list the pre fasting sugar as higher than after eating something ?? They say I have no allergy to shellfish when it can send me to hospital on anaphylaxis, they say I am highly allergic to dairy and gluten when dairy and bread is a staple diet in my daily life with zero issues ? Their genomic report says I have low chances of high cholesterol yet I have very high cholesterol despite being in shape ? They must be like a meat factory processing things anyhow , with no basic care on hygiene, basic techniques of blood drawing and injections, and their lab results despite complaints they double down on the most basic, like the allergy reports. I spent 86k but honestly got pain, frustration, boils at the back of my head , and rubbish reports that my GP back home laughed at shaking his head. These guys would have been shut down in no time if they operated overseas in any western country. India may have great doctors but this meat factory doesn’t seem to have those given the lack or accountability and volume focus. To potential clients: this is feedback to beware of To NM Medical: please treat this as urgent feedback to think of seriously improving upon. It is apparent most large concerns in India have a flow of magical 5 star reviews because India has more than just talented doctors. But at the end of the day you are the land of karma and hopefully you want to go back home knowing you do a good job for the overall good of everyone and not just finances of shareholders and management 🙏
