Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. Had spoken to him regarding an LAP, after giving false commitment that the lender will process the loan, when asked for an update he kept stalling with no vague reasons and also never answered the calls the next day. The guys seemed like he had no genuine work attitude and just ghosts his customers! P.S: So is it your business to lure people by giving false commitment, asking for all the docs, stating that lender has agreed and then ghost your customers! And just so to let you know it's a RESTRUCTURED LOAN which is consistent now, that too PL which doesn't hold much weightage for an LAP and I've spoken to many experts who have had my loan approved now. I'd recommend you rather than wasting customers time grow spine, learn to stay true on your words. What is being discussed is the kind of service you provided not the customers personal profile!
